Participation of FSUE “PA “NIMP” in International Security and Defence Fair “DEFENSYS-2010” in Thessaloniki, 28-31 October 2010... From 28th till 31th of October International Security and Defence Fair “DEFENSYS-2010” had taken place in Thessaloniki (Greece). This year the exhibition was guided under the auspices of Hellenic Ministry of National Defence. Exhibition was located in the largest Balkan exhibition centre “HELEXPO”.
Our enterprise’s stand was equipped as a part of united exposition of state corporation “Rostechnologii” (FSUE “Rosoboronexport”). Four Russian organizations took part in the exhibition, they are – FSUE “Rosoboronexport”, FSUE “PA “NIMP”, OJSC “Kurganmashzavod”, OJSC “Anti-Aircraft Defence Concern “Almaz-Antey”. In total about 100 companies from 22 countries participated in the exhibition.
FSUE “PA “NIMP” demonstrated 16 devices: PN-14K, 8x objective lens for PN-14K, PN-11K, PN-9K, PN-20K, PN-19K-3, PTO, Rakurs-P, ZLN-1K, LDM-2, PO6x36, PU3,5x22, 1PN93-4 SVD, 1P78, - including novelties – universal night vision monocular PN-21K as a part of day-night sighting complex “Tandem-3”, and night sight 1PN93-1 AK with new Image Intensifier Tube “Kayma”. For demonstration of “Tandem-3” model of AK assault rifle was used.
FSUE “PA “NIMP” was one of the leading exponents in the field of optic-electronic equipment at the exhibition. Competing companies, participating in “DEFENSYS-2010”, were Theon Sensors, Miltech Hellas S.A. and Sagem.
During the exhibition “DEFENSYS-2010” Russian exposition was visited by high authorities of some countries, among them – Greek Minister of Defence and Head of General Staff, Cyprian and Serbian Ministers of Defence. Also officials and companies’ representatives from Asian, African and European countries showed great interest in the production of our plant.
Representatives of our plant were interviewed by the foreign correspondents from France, Greece, Slovakia and other countries. FSUE “PA “NIMP” together with FSUE “Rosoboronexport” made a presentation for military press and exhibition’s visitors about new production of our enterprise:
Sighting complex «Tandem-3» based on wide-angle sight «Rakurs-PM» and universal night vision monocular PN-21K.
1. Optical sight with variable magnification PO 1-5х24.
2. Night sight PN6K-4 with impulse power source supply and digital control of IIT “Kayma”.
3. Night compact sight “Saratsin”.
4. Optical sigth “Kashtan”.
5. Collimating sight PK.
6. Laser range finders LDM-2V1, LDM-2VK.
7. Television day-night hunting sight PTO.
8. Daylight nozzle «Tsiklop».
Heads of Russian delegation, exhibitors and visitors evaluated very high the production of FSUE “PA “NIMP”. After the exhibition the first deputy of director of FSMTC presented the Letter of Appreciation for participation to our enterprise.
